1961

In 1961 a young man named Howard Hoyt checked aboard
USS Queenfish (SS393). Fortunately he took a lot of pictures,
many of which are posted on his own USS Queenfish website

enough to allow me to post some of his photos here.
I think these photos show what fine condition she
was kept in over the years. Thank you Howard.
